Job Description

Transformation Project Manager – Six Sigma Black Belt

**Location:** Remote
**Employment Type:** Full-time
**Salary:** PHP 150,000 per month

**Job Summary:**
Join our Global Culture Development team as a Six Sigma Black Belt, leading high-impact projects and driving cultural transformation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to deliver measurable improvements aligned with organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead Six Sigma projects to enhance global processes and culture.
- Collaborate with international teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights for global cultural initiatives.
- Develop strategies for cultural transformation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a track record in leading projects.
- Strong project management and technical skills (Minitab, JMP).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with global industry standards is a plus.
