Job Description

• Property Sales & Leasing: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
• Provide expert advice on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities.
• Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed on the latest market trends, property values, and zoning regulations in the Philippines.
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities and prospects.
• Property Viewings & Negotiations: Arrange property viewings and negotiate terms of agreements.
• Facilitate discussions between buyers, sellers, and other involved parties to close deals.
• Marketing: Promote properties through various online and offline channels, including social media, real estate listings, and networking events.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Creating and Summarizing Reports: Provide weekly reports on the progress of search in real estate of Philippines.
• Recommend Properties: Pro-actively make recommendation on below market value and high rate of return property acquisition.
