Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
The Asset Sales & Leasing Specialist is responsible for handling inquiries, managing advertisements, and securing sales and leasing prospects. This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for asset sales and leasing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Asset Sales and Leasing.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Flexible, highly organized, and capable of multi-tasking.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Earth Pro, and computer applications.
Fast learner with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
Experience in customer service.
Proficiency in social media platforms for marketing and lead generation.
Real estate experience is required.
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries, advertisements, and sales/leasing prospects.
Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies.
Maintain relationships with clients, tenants, and property owners.
Conduct market research to analyze trends and improve leasing and sales performance.
Coordinate with the Asset Management team to ensure smooth transactions.
