We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us reach new heights.

Job Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team, with a focus on either the Content or Business Development division. This role will leverage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive marketing traffic, engagement, and views, while also growing the business through strategic partnerships and negotiations. An in-depth understanding of skincare products, as well as knowledge of social media metrics and performance analysis, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Division
KOL Identification: Identify TikTok influencers aligned with skincare and beauty.
Content Creation: Collaborate for engaging content showcasing SKINTIFIC products.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute influencer campaigns for brand visibility.
Performance Tracking: Analyze metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Business Development Division
Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with skincare influencers.
Negotiation: Secure agreements meeting traffic and engagement goals.
Market Insights: Stay updated on TikTok trends, guiding strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3 years++ of full-time experience in KOL/influencer management
Proven ability to source and engage with KOLs/influencers from various social media platforms.
Expertise in negotiating rate cards and managing collaborations with KOLs/influencers.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc. and its role in marketing.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to start immediately and adhere to a Work-from-Office (WFO) policy in BGC, Taguig.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
