Job Description

Role Summary:

This role involves creating and managing content strategies through partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to effectively promote the brand and engage target audiences.

Responsibilities:

Business Development Division:

Identifying KOLs: Discover and categorize influential individuals in the beauty industry.
Building Relationships: Reach out to celebrity/mega/micro KOLs, foster strong connections.
Negotiation: Handle partnership agreements, negotiate compensation terms, and ensure deliverables are met to benefit both parties.
Owning Content: Collaborate with KOLs to develop and manage content that enhances our brand presence.
Tracking Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Content Division:

Building Relationships: Reach out to celebrity/mega/micro KOLs, foster strong connections.
Analyse KOLs: know how to analyse KOL account, what style they are, what product to promote.
Content Idea: create Brief together with managers or influencers base on their account style and product.
Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and execution of KOL-led campaigns, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Tracking Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Have more than 3 years of full-time experience in online marketing, mainly focused on Tiktok.
Prefer candidates with experience of leading a marketing team about 5-10 people.
Social Media Expertise: Strong knowledge of platforms like TikTok and Instagram and their role in marketing.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building influencer relationships.
Creativity paired with organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig, Philippines, Monday to Friday
