Job Description

Catanauan Cove is seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Staff member to support and implement marketing initiatives that elevate the resort's brand, attract guests, and engage the local and international market. This position will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, manage digital platforms, and create compelling content to showcase the beauty and services of Catanauan Cove.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms (online, print, social media, etc.).
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor content across Catanauan Cove’s social media channels, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and target audience. Respond to inquiries and engage with followers.
Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and engaging content, including photos, videos, and copy, to highlight resort features, events, and promotions.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitors. Provide insights for strategy adjustments and new marketing opportunities.
Collaborations and Partnerships: Assist in building relationships with influencers, partners, and local businesses to expand the reach of marketing initiatives.
Promotions and Events: Coordinate with the team to help organize and promote special events, seasonal promotions, and packages that attract new and returning customers.
Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and event updates.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, gathering data for analysis and suggesting improvements.
General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including preparing reports, organizing files, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or travel industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and writing skills (English and Tagalog).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media insights, and SEO is an advantage.
