Job Description
Production: Working on the production line to assemble products, operate machinery, and monitor the production process
Quality assurance: Performing quality checks and testing to ensure the products meet standards
Packaging: Assembling boxes, packing, and labeling finished products
Safety: Following safety guidelines, reporting safety concerns, and attending safety training
Maintenance: Reporting equipment issues to maintenance staff and maintaining the machinery
Inventory: Maintaining an inventory of raw materials and goods
Cleanliness: Keeping the work area and machinery clean
Teamwork: Working cooperatively with the production team to meet goals and quotas
Communication: Following written and verbal instructions
Attitude: Demonstrating a positive and professional attitude."
