Salary: 50,000 - 80,000
With Saturday schedule

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree holder
-Japanese Bilingual (N4/N3/N2 level)
-With an understanding of Occupational Safety and Health, and with OSH Training Certificate.
-With at least 3 years of experience in Production planning/process in a Manufacturing industry.
-Understanding of Production Processes: In-depth knowledge of production lines and manufacturing processes is essential. The ability to understand the characteristics and challenges of each process and propose improvements that lead to increased efficiency and quality is required.
-Quality Control: Knowledge of maintaining quality standards for products. Familiarity with quality control techniques (e.g., QC process charts, FMEA, Six Sigma) is important.
-Understanding of Equipment and Machinery: Understanding the mechanisms of production equipment and machinery, their operational status, and maintenance methods is required.
