Production Supervisor

PLAN. LEADS, ORGANIZE AND CONTROL THE PRODUCTION LINE.
*Conduct daily meeting (SIM1), discussion of plan target for the day including all other issues such as quality, attendance and yesterday performance.
*Oversee and rectify the work of subordinates and making sure that the line is functioning in a normal satisfactory manner.
*Check the accuracy of all documents in line if properly comply/exist and fill-up such as OK 1st part, Torque Calibration Checksheet, Machine Correlation Checksheet, Work Instruction etc.
*Maintain adequate inventory level of materials in handled CELL.
*Coordinate with the support groups for any problem encountered during operation.
*Analyze and monitor failure trends and formulate/initiate effective corrective action /solutions to improve productivity and the line efficiency.
*Supervise the team members in the performance and achievement of team goals and objectives.( LIPASS / VOLPASS )
*Provide technical data to support groups in preventing / resolving material and / or process related IMPROVEMENT)
issues or defects (QUALITY IMPROVEMENT )
*Train operators on new process and / or improvements on existing procedure ( QUALITY IMPROVEMENT )
*Coordinates to logistic for loading of finished goods and confirmation of shipment .
*Responsible in the implementation of company rules and regulations as well as uplifting of morale and discipline within
the department.
*Conduct review / performance appraisals of line workers and recommend recognition once needed
*In charge in the implementation, monitoring and revision of productivity improvement program
*Monitor the material transition in line on such as MRB transaction, RTW and managing materials inventory stocks in line.
*Observe the quality and safety standards in the execution of duties and responsibilities .
*Support the health, safety and environmental program and initiatives of the company.
*Organize the allocation of manpower requirement per handled Cell.
*Monitor hourly output base on UPH required
*Check line performance output with 100% quality.
* Monitor and check MRB trend per daily basis.
*Ensure work progress by leading / controlling personnel activities through performance measurement and evaluation , enforcement of discipline , operator counseling and development.
*Execute smooth and consistent implementation of company specifications and process control chart .
*Update and review of shiftly performance report ( volpass / lipass ) prior Production Clerk consolidation
*Perform KAMISHIBI (LAYERED 2 Audit) based on given date / schedule.
*Responsible to communicate and to attend in any meeting required by customer.
*Responsible to handle the most complex and problematic CELL among other supervisors.

Qualification

- With at least 3-5 years experienced in electronics manufacturing company
- not more than 50 years of age
- willing to work in Epza Rosario Cavite
-willing to work in night-shift
