Job Description

Job Qualifications
With a Bachelor's Degree of any 4-year course
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience as a Trainer or a supervisory role in the BPO/VA industry is an advantage
Proficient computer skills, Google Workspace and other online teaching/office software
Preferably from Cebu, but also accepts Bacolod and Davao applicants
Can start immediately

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the training portal accounts of the trainees.
Conduct General Business sessions for new hires, acquainting them with company policies, procedures and tools.
Organize meetings for the new hires to meet with the different operational teams (Business Development Manager and Monitoring team)
Develop training materials, including presentations and online modules, to facilitate learning initiatives.
Supervise each trainee ensuring that they complete all of the training modules assigned.
Facilitate General Business Extended Program.
Facilitate mock calls for each week during the General Business Training Program.
Develop files and tools to support and document the progress of each trainee.
Create end of training reports.
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by superiors from time to time
