Senior Training Specialist / Thailand

Job Responsibilities:
- Based on the company’s development needs, responsible for the full process of training management, including the design, implementation, effect tracking, and operation of talent development programs.
- Collaborate with various business modules to build business training course frameworks, extract business experience, and develop different types of case studies and courses based on demand to establish a business training system.
- Capable of independently developing and delivering general, business-related, or management courses.
- Train and develop the instructor team, transfer developed courses to other trainers, and build a strong internal trainer team.
- Accumulate and organize excellent organizational experiences, and manage the team’s knowledge effectively.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- More than 5 years of training experience, capable of independently managing and executing training tasks with a focus on results delivery.
- Proficiency in Thai and Chinese languages, capable of using both as communication tools for work.
- Strong logical thinking, with excellent communication skills and execution ability.
