JOB DESCRIPTION:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder
✨ With 1 year of experience as Customer Service Role (Chat Support)
✨ Willing to attend Face-to-Face Interview once requested
✨ Willing to start immediately.
✨ Amenable to work onsite.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ To answer customer inquiries by chat
✨ To assist customers to make the right product selection/find products.
✨ To handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
✨ To work with a team and other departments to find appropriate solutions.
✨ Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service
