Job Description
1 Day Process (Face to Face Interview)
Customer Service Representative - 28 available seats! (Voice, Nonvoice/Chat support, Telco Account)
— SALARY: 25,000 + Incentives (Max of 4k)
— LOCATION and SETUP: Makati / Onsite
— SCHEDULE: Shifting, No definite RD
— 1 year initial contract (subject for Regularization based on performance)
QUALIFICATIONS:
— Must have completed 2 years in College or a 2 years vocational Course
— Must have 1 to 2 years Voice CS experience
— With excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be conversant
— Customer Service oriented
— BPO Customer Service experience is an advantage
— Must be willing to work on shifting schedule.
