Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery, client interactions, and stakeholder management for both internal and external projects.
Guide and manage a team of experienced professionals, ensuring project milestones are met according to timelines and objectives.
Oversee solution design and implementation, ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards within budget and timeframe constraints.
Collaborate effectively with client organizations to maintain and strengthen relationships.
Lead EPM application design and assess project requirements and deliverables to propose the best solutions for clients.
Identify new business opportunities through internal and external networks and drive client conversations.
Prepare RFP responses and present proposals to drive client engagement and business development.
Develop business cases, project plans, estimates, staffing strategies, and execution roadmaps for EPM projects.
Work independently on project delivery and business development, supporting onshore and offshore teams as needed.

Your Experience Counts!
Strong background in Management and Financial Reporting and Enterprise Performance Management.
Functional expertise in Digital Finance, Planning, Budgeting, and KPI Identification.
Knowledge of AI/ML or Data Science use cases in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes.
Experience in Data & Master Data Governance.
Proven experience in Finance Transformation Projects, covering all phases like Planning, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy.
At least 3 full lifecycle implementations experience in solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), SAP Group Reporting (GR), or Anaplan.
Proficiency in tools for Management Reporting and Analytics, such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Workiva, etc.
Experience managing teams of 8-10 professionals independently.
