Job Description

Functions:
Assisting Walk-in/Scheduled potential applicants
Ensures that given sales targets are achieved.
Conduct Field Credit Investigation and provide results within prescribe standards
Monitoring first three installment payment of customer.
Encourage customer to settle in cases of delayed payments through SMS, Calls, or courtesy visit.
Conduct customer KYC, authentication of customer valid IDs, signature verification, contract signing and briefing during MotorsikLOAN releasing.
Ensure complete submission of loan documents and dealer documents subject for booking within the day or the least the following day free of deficiencies.
Timely submission of loan folder (loan documents & dealer documents) for safe keeping arranges on set standards to SBF Head office or SMU after booking.
Updates the dealers on the status of the loan applications that were endorsed to SBF from time to time.
Conducts customer's briefing during unit release and loan documents signing.
Builds and maintains good business relationship with the handled dealers.
Provide good servicing to the concerned parties. 1. Customer - assist on their 2W applications and loan relate inquiry. 2. Dealer Partner - provide progressive status on the endorsed MotorsikLOAN applications.

Qualifications:
Gender Preference: Male/Female
Minimum experience: With or without
Educational attainment: High School, Senior High Graduate and College Graduate
Age requirements: 35 years old below
Preferably has experience in the 2W Industry; if not, a background in Sales is acceptable.
Candidates should have at least a 1-year gap from recent employment with partner dealers

Special Requirements: Must have a Motorcycle (If none, the candidate must know how to drive and willing to avail a motorsikloan on their first day). With a valid driver’s license.
