Job Description
• Reviews and Monitors documents required to be submitted to other units, In order to ensure accuracy of data which will be the basis for quotation of actuary and proposal to be released to the broker. This is done by creating and implementing to the team a checklist for pricing requirements, providing a “to do list” for the team, creating a calendar & progress excel file to monitor TAT/deadlines of external clients vis-à-vis submission of internal documents and reviewing and countersigning all documents prior to submission to actuary and other concerned units.
• Reviews and Monitors release of proposal based on deadline provided by the broker In order to ensure that submitted proposal is aligned to the released quotation of actuary and ensure that proposals are submitted within the given deadline especially those proposals due for bidding. This is done by creating and implementing to the team a proposal template that they may use depending on the type of program (e.g. HAP or Regular proposal) and reviewing and countersigning all proposals prior to submission to the brokers.
• Monitors and ensures that all internal and external documents and deliverables are submitted within the standard or committed TAT in order to provide assistance to both internal and external clients in identifying the extent of coverage to be provided and avoid inconvenience. This is done by creating and implementing to the team a checklist for newly closed accounts, providing the necessary templates/files required by internal and external clients and countersigning and endorsing the internal documents (e.g. Masterlist template, NTP template, ABC endorsement, SPA, etc.)
• Reviews and Monitors presentation and orientation materials to be provided to the broker/client In order to ensure that the files are aligned to the signed off benefits that the company confirmed with PhilCare. This is done by creating and implementing to the team a presentation/orientation template that they may use and tweak based on the account’s/client’s confirmed benefits and reviewing and countersigning all materials prior to submission to the brokers/clients.
• Monitors periodic broker visits and broker courtesy calls (lunch/dinner meetings In order to maintain and reinforce mutually beneficial partnership with PhilCare’s accredited brokers, that could help produce revenue generation for PhilCare. This is done by creating and implementing to the team a calendar of activities template and release signed off courtesy visit letter.
