Job Description

B2B Outreach Specialist

The B2B Outreach Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with potential business clients. The role focuses on lead generation, creating outreach strategies, and managing communication to drive business growth. The specialist will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to identify and connect with potential business clients.
Utilize multiple channels such as email, social media, phone calls, and networking events to establish relationships.
Research and analyze potential markets, industries, and companies to identify opportunities for business partnerships.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team to present solutions.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling messaging and outreach content.
Track and report on outreach performance metrics, including response rates and conversions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, outreach, or lead generation roles.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and sales targets.
Experience with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms.

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Excellent research and analytical skills for identifying potential clients.
Proficiency in email marketing tools, LinkedIn outreach, and other B2B engagement platforms.
Ability to craft personalized and persuasive outreach messages.
Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Team player with a proactive attitude towards achieving results.
Other Requirements:
Availability to work onsite and start immediately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
