Job Description

We are looking for a B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Caller who is confident, results-driven, and experienced in engaging with business professionals to generate leads and set appointments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building business relationships, promoting our services, and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce company services/products.
Qualify leads and assess their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
Schedule appointments or meetings with decision-makers for the sales team.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database of contacts and interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and communication strategies.
Prepare reports on call activity, lead status, and scheduled appointments.

Qualifications:
Required:
Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred:
Experience in selling or promoting services/products in the Australian
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Strong English communication skills.

Schedule: Business hours - 7:00AM-4:00PM
