Job Description

- Must hold at least a Bachelor's or College Degree; a Postgraduate Diploma or Master's Degree is an advantage
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in general human resources and administrative services is required, with a focus on recruitment, compensation, and benefits (including a strong understanding of government-mandated benefits).
- Familiarity with travel management, purchasing, and occupational health and safety guidelines is a plus.
- Must be proficient in MS Office applications and capable of learning the company’s tech tools.
- Strong verbal, written, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Proven ability to proactively contribute to team activities and tackle challenges that support organizational growth.
- Must be open to working a mid-shift schedule (e.g., 11 AM to 8 PM) with flexibility for adjustments based on business needs.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
