Job Description
Responsibilities
Recruiting: Oversee the hiring process, including job descriptions, advertising, and interviewing
Training: Develop training materials and programs to help employees understand their responsibilities
Compensation: Create and manage compensation strategies, including salaries, pensions, and benefits
Performance management: Use performance management tools to provide feedback and guidance to employees
Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Employee relations: Investigate employee issues and conflicts, and resolve them
Strategic planning: Consult with top executives on strategic planning
Reporting: Provide reporting on HR issues
