Job Description
1. At least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business. Studies/Administration/Management/Accounting.
2. At least 6 months to 1 year work experience in the related field.
3. Excellent math and analytical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
4. With working knowledge in word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
5. Ability to work extended hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assigning of coil number(s) to approved Job Order ready for production
2. Recording of Daily Productions to internal inventory systems particularly Job Order (JO).
3. Proper recording of Actual Weight of Coils upon before, during, and after production for accurate stock card records.
4. Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory levels and location both in Inventory Systems and in Excel file for easy retrieval.
5. Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing shipment of materials.
6. Responsible for classifying, labeling and warehousing of all inventories for future use.
