Job Description
Validates and endorses HR staff's application for leave, undertime, offsetting, OT, OB, training request.
Oversees Pampanga HR staff to ensure the accomplishment of their individual deliverables pertaining to recruitment, onboarding, third party management, timekeeping, etc.
Labor Relations
Implementation of Company Rules and Regulations
Preparation of documents necessary to implement due process in admin cases (Notice to Explain, Notice of Investigation, Notice of Decision)
Conduct of Admin Hearing when necessary
Preparation of Admin Investigation Report and Recommendation
Grievance Handling
LR issue consultation
Training and Development
Assist in the conduct of annual training needs analysis
Consolidation and monitoring of individual development plans
Implementation and monitoring of Training Plan
Coordination with training providers for external seminars
Review of course outlines
Facilitation of training approvals
Enrollment of participants to internal and external trainings
Preparation of training manuals, presentations and materials for company-run programs
Facilitate training programs
Perform and file pre and post training evaluation
Organization Development
Assist in organization review, analysis and design
Propose organizational interventions based on perceived organizational needs
Take part in the implementation of organizational interventions
Evaluate and feedback results of organizational interventions
Performance Management
Facilitation of KPI setting
Facilitation of KPI review and monitoring
Facilitation of performance review and evaluation
HR Compliance
Monitor compliance to HR Quality Objectives based on ISO standards
Monitor HR and third-party compliance to various customer audits (Watsons, Kimberly Clark)
Ensure HR and third-party compliance to DOLE General Labor Standards and OSHA
Represent HR during audits
Point person to handle submission of required applications, registrations, updates and reports to DOLE
HR Communication
Dissemination of official correspondences
Preparation and blasting of local email announcements
Policy and Process Implementation/Formulation
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
Keep abreast on new HR-related policies and standards required by regulating bodies and ensure the organization’s compliance
Third Party Management
Handle the process of accreditation of 3rd party manpower service providers which include sourcing, coordination, evaluation and recommendation.
Ensure the timely execution of service agreements between the company and third-party service providers by monitoring contract expiration dates. Prompt service provider before any service agreement expires.
Safekeep copies of service agreements of all third-party manpower service providers
Coordinates/relays concerns pertaining to job performance or behavior of third party-personnel to their respective agencies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of Behavioral Science, Psychology, Business Admin (Major in HRD), or other related social science courses
At least 4-5 yrs of experience in handling HR Operations
Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
