Requirements:
Upcoming graduate of Human Resource or any related BSBA courses
Has completed and waiting for graduation

Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization.
• Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies) 201 files.
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain calendars of the HR management team.
• Assists in training, employment law compliance, employee benefits, handling grievance, salary administration, performance management, disciplinary action.
• Keeps personnel/employee records up-to-date and handles general records keeping.
• Contributes to the accomplishment of the HR practices and objectives.
• Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities.
• Leave filing management and coordination with respective managers.
• Monitoring of employee birthdays, regularization, promotion, and milestones.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
• Monitoring of probationary employees for evaluation.
