Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Ensures the accuracy of sales invoice creation
- Ensures sales invoices were countered and collected on time
- Ensures that the AR aging, sales report and collection report are updated and accurate
- Ensures disbursement vouchers were processed and paid on time
- Ensures that the DV monitoring, expense report and payables are updated and accurate
- Regular reporting to accounting manager and management
- Coordination with accounting manager and team leaders
- Regular meeting with the accounting team
- Maintain order in the accounting department (AP and AR)
- Ensures the timely generation of working trial balance
- Ensures all business transactions are reasonable, appropriate, and comply with operational policies and procedures
- Responds to management’s directives and seeks clarification on assignments when needed.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Ensures efficient and effective accounting operations and flow of financial information for the department.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (BSA)
- Significant experience in Accounting and Finance
- Expert in using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet, including their functionalities
- Have experienced in auditing firm
- CPA Licensed
