Job Description

Role Overview:



As the Assistant Planner, your role is integral to support the planning team to optimise business inventory and sales. You will be highly organised with a passion for numbers and spreadsheets. You will work to support the planning team with administrative and reporting tasks in relation to inventory levels, out of stocks, promotions, new product launches, purchases and logistics. Whether your background is in general administration, accounting/finance or planning, this role is suited to you if you love numbers and are seeking a data focused and varied administrative role.


Key Responsibilities:



Reporting

Daily Out of Stock reporting

Daily product and stock level reporting

Weekly Category Plan & Core Line reporting

Creation of product performance trackers

Database (Phocas) reporting associated with core ranges, promotions, purchase orders, stock allocation and out of stocks



Inventory Management

• Complete management of stock section in data system (EXO) - complete ad-hoc tasks relating to stock changes

• Actioning pack changes weekly resulting from pack audits

• Auditing product data weekly to achieve complete sell through of products and ensure our data system (EXO) is accurate

• Preparing and updating promotional documents, and setting up and activating promotions in the data system (EXO)

Actioning outcomes from stock conversions including transferring stock and updating stock statuses

Initial creation of master product documents for new product launches, and uploading and building out product data in the data system (EXO)

Ensuring all products are correct and ready in the data system leading into launches

Actioning inventory adjustments and transfers

Purchase Orders & Logistics

Data entry of all purchase orders and related purchase information into the system, including PO setup & actioning changes that occur throughout production

Creation of all required PO documentation

Reviewing and approving minor production details

Reviewing freight statements & rate card comparisons



Trade Fair & Catalogues

Compiling product listings for Trade Fairs and Catalogues

Providing stock updates leading into/during Trade Fairs and Catalogue creation

Creating pricing cards for Trade Fairs

Other

• Additional Ad-hoc data and administrative tasks to support numerous teams
Salary:
25.000,00 ₱ Monthly
