Job Description

Job Description:

Checks the quality of every Jamon through touch, smell, and taste and every cold cut. Whole piece or pack.
Monitors weekly Jamon and cold cuts storage
Monitors daily stocks at the main chiller
Monitors all machinery in the production area and identifies a solution for any machine issues.
Identifies the right Jamon in production.
Ensure the first in and first out ruling or as the expert considers.
Updates ledger for every item used in the production.
Ensures enough knowledge in using the Jamon Machinery (Slicer Machine, Bone Cuer, Vacuum, Machine, Deboning Table, Weighing Scale, price tag machine.)
Ensures daily cleaning of knives, Jamon Machinery, and Jamon Operaon Room.
Monitors stocks of Jamon Legs, Deboned Pieces, Cold-Cut pieces, Jamon Packs, and Cold-Cut packs
Monitors stocks and proper storage of Vacuum packs
Monitors and Updates daily the Kitchen chart for tasting and plates
Coordinates with the events coordinator and Operations team for all the details of the event.

Other Qualifications:

College graduate of any business-related course
At least 1 year of work experience in the F&B industry, preferably Spanish Restaurant. Must be passionate about service
Must possess superior people skills
Availability to work during opening hours, including weekends, and holidays. Must be able to transfer knowledge to clients and new employees.
Preferably with a food handler certificate
Preferably with culinary training
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Tagalog & English)
Proficient in MS Office
Shows willingness to learn about Jamon regardless of their prior experience
Willing to start ASAP.
