Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.
Optimize space utilization and layout for maximum efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and improve warehouse performance metrics.
Handle and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
Manage warehouse budget and control costs.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
Implement and oversee security measures to protect inventory.
Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations and performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and best practices.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required.
Valid forklift operator certification is a plus.
Experience with budget management and cost control.
