Warehouse and Logistics Officer

As an Warehouse and Logistics Officer, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce fulfillment process. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

Receiving & Stocking:
Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
Unload shipments from delivery trucks and organize products in the warehouse.
Label, stock, and manage inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Shipment Fulfillment:
Accurately pick products from shelves based on scheduled deliveries.
Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring the correct packaging materials are used.
Create shipping labels and coordinate with shipping carriers for timely deliveries.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low stock to the Warehouse Manager.
Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring products are properly restocked or disposed of.

Skills, Education, Experience:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Preferably with experience working as Warehouse Associate, Logistics Officer, or any related fields.
Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
