Marketing Operation Specialist

We are looking for a highly driven Marketing Operations Partner candidate to support the key marketing operational and reporting tasks, at regional level. Primary responsibilities for the role includes: lead research and management, implementing multiple department reports’ delivery to ensure proper management oversight, taking the custodian role of various inter-department co-ordination workflows. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Researches and generates sales prospect as well as channel partner leads, via data scrapping, desktop/open-source research and validation, lead generation platforms, etc.
2. Monitors and draws key analytics for reporting needs of leads reports which are generated from the CRM system.
3. Builds and maintains a comprehensive database of client listing as well as other marketing databases.
4. Undertakes the timely delivery of periodic marketing reports.
5. Provides competitive analytics reports on key APAC markets.
6. Coordinates and supports logistics of assigned marketing events and advertising campaigns.
7. Manages and monitors all aspects of marketing operational tasks.
8. Complies with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to information security and acceptable use, and undertaking mandatory in-house company training as required
