Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and intelligent Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling, focusing on the Australian and US markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified appointments, specifically in the Finance, Tech, Consulting, and Advertisement industries, as well as for our own lead generation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients in the target industries using LinkedIn, email, and cold calling strategies.
• Appointment Setting: Deliver a minimum of 1 appointment every 2 hours, aiming for at least 2 appointments per day.
• Market Focus: Focus on generating leads in the Australian and US markets.
• Industry Expertise: Concentrate on Finance, Tech, Consulting, and Advertisement sectors, along with our lead generation services.
• Communication: Ensure high-quality communication with a strong preference for candidates with an American or English accent, or as close as possible to it.
• Performance Monitoring: Consistently meet or exceed the target of 40 appointments per month during the probation period.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or a similar role, particularly in the specified industries.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Tools: Proficiency in using LinkedIn, CRM software, and email marketing tools.
• Accent: Preferably American or English accent, or a very close approximation.
• Target-Driven: Ability to consistently meet appointment-setting targets.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
• Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
• Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).
• Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
• Headset with microphone for clear communication.
• Willingness to use Time Doctor for monitoring.
• Maintain a noise-free work environment during working hours.
• Must not be currently employed full time elsewhere.
