Job Description
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Team Lead will oversee and drive the talent acquisition process to support our company’s growth and strategic objectives. In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, collaborate with department heads, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates who align with our company culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of recruiters, ensuring recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and prioritize recruitment efforts.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates and manage relationships with passive candidates.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, assess performance, and report on hiring trends and process improvements.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote a positive employer brand.
• Stay updated on trends, market insights, and innovative recruitment techniques.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or Talent Acquisition Team Lead.
• Strong experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment equity best practices.
