We are teams of experts in requirements gathering and analysis, written Use Case and Stories, used TFS for managing projects in Agile/SCRUM methodology, and currently implementing SAFe. Our developers are versatile in web development technologies i.e. WebAPI, JSON, ASP.NET Framework, ASP.Net Core, C#, Azure Cloud, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, Angular JS, and Knockout JS. Well-experienced in Software Design and Architecture including, but not limited to Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, Design Patterns, Domain-Driven Design, SOLID Principles, and N-Tier design. Our software will be tested by our experienced Quality Assurance team including, but not limited to Test Driven Development (TDD), Unit Testing, Selenium IDE, Atlassian JIRA.

Job Description

Overview:
We are looking to employ an HR officer with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. He/she is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the labor process. He/she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy.
To ensure success, he/she should display excellent organizational skills, good time-management skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. He/she should possess remarkable conflict management and decision-making skills to ensure employee compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Support recruitment with job descriptions, job postings, and hiring analytics
Adhere to laws and regulations
Create, implement, and manage onboarding plans
Plan and implement systematic training programs for employees
Identify KPIs for the HR department
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Oversee the health and safety of all employees.
Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures.
Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Perform any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous.
Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
Knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
