Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Associate performs an end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding newly hired employees within approved service level agreement, guidance and parameters. He/she will also be reporting to Davao office.

JOB QUALIFICATION
• Graduate of Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 year experience in Recruitment.
• Base in Davao office
JOB SPECIFICIATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
• Utilize available sources and/or databases to pool applicants for vacant positions based on specifications indicated on the MRF and job description.
• Include applicants generated via employee referral and social networking.
• Review applicant profiles to identify potential candidates.
• Keep the applicant database up-to-date; track the applicant source and prepare corresponding report/s.
• Ensure all documentation and report requirements are prepared, submitted, circulate and filed.
• Review application forms and CVs prior to initial interview.
• Conduct initial interviews to determine the matching applicant profile with the job/hiring profile.
• Ensure completion of all pre-employment requirements most especially all government/statutory requirements such as SSS number, TIN,
• PhilHealth, Pag-ibig as well as NBI and Police clearance.
• Ensure that employment contracts are ready for new employees' signature on day one (1).
• Double check compliance with pre-employment requirements via the audit checklist.
Salary:
12.506,00 ₱ Monthly
