Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (Juris Doctor or equivalent), Political Science, or Legal Management.
- 2-4 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the food service or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent research and analytical skills for interpreting laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and agreements.
- Effective communication skills for presenting legal advice and interacting with stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation and case management.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills with the capability to address legal issues proactively and effectively.
