Bartender

As a bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for patrons. Your main duties will include mixing and serving beverages, managing the bar area, and providing excellent customer service. You should have a passion for cocktails, a strong understanding of drink recipes, and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Ensure drinks are served in a timely and efficient manner.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to guests, including taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and addressing any concerns or requests. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including countertops, glassware, and equipment. Ensure that the bar is stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock to minimize waste and ensure availability of key items.

Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation practices. Verify the age of customers to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
