Job Description
Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team
Create and maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions
Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Skills and Qualifications
At Least 6 Months Service Desk/ TSR Experience
Completed 2nd Year in College
Hard Core Tech Support, troubleshooting for computers
ServiceNow experience
Strong understanding of operating systems, hardware, and software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment
Schedule: Shifting Salary Offer: 23,600 + 2,400 NTA
