Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services.
- Document customer inquiries and technical issues accurately in our system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive attitude and clear communication with customers.
