Job Description

1. Identify and qualify potential clients through proactive lead generation activities including cold calling, networking, and referrals from the Engineer, Developer, Architect, Designer etc.
2. Conduct thorough needs assessments and propose tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
3. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
4. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
6. Collaborate effectively with internal teams including design, project management, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for business development.
8. Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
