Job Description

Job Title: Asst. Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves managing the marketing team, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand presence.
2. Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
3. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance on project management, performance, and professional development.
4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
5. Content Creation: Lead the development of engaging content for marketing materials, including websites, social media, blogs, and advertisements.
6. Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to measure success and make improvements.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business objectives.
9. Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
10. Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotions as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to improve marketing efforts.
• Creative thinking with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing a marketing budget.

Work Environment:
• Office-based with occasional travel for events or client meetings.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
