Job Description
• Graduate of BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering
• At least 2 years experience in cost estimates (fit-out/ground-up)
• Must be willing to work at Quezon City Office
• Detail-oriented and can work on tight deadlines
KEY ROLES:
•Creates detailed cost estimates for projects
•Coordinates with the Purchasing Officer for material prices
•Coordinates with direct supervisor for project directives
•Prepares bid documents for bidding projects
