Job Description
For Permanent Position
Qualifications:
1. Must have at least 2 years experience in cost estimates (fit-out and ground-up)
2. Must be a graduate of BS Architecture / BS Civil Engineering
3. Must be willing to work at Quezon City Office
4. Detail oriented and can work on tight deadlines
Job Description:
1. Creates detailed cost estimates for projects
2. Coordinates and assist Purchasing Officer for material sourcing and prices
3. Coordinates with direct supervisor for project directives
4. Prepares bid documents for bidding projects
5. Attends initial site visits
Salary: P25,000
