Job Description
1. Must have at least 2 years experience in cost estimates (fit-out and ground-up)
2. Must be a graduate of BS Architecture and BS Civil Engineering
3. Must be willing to work at Quezon City Office
4. Detail oriented and can work on tight deadlines
Job Description:
1. Creates detailed cost estimates for projects
2. Coordinates with Purchasing Officer for material prices
3. Coordinates with direct supervisor for project directives
4. Prepares bid documents for bidding projects
