Job Description
- Graduate of BS Architecture or BS Civil Engineering
- At least 2 years experience in cost estimates (fit-out / ground-up)
- Must be willing to work at Quezon City Office
- Detail oriented and can work on tight deadlines
KEY ROLES:
- Creates detailed cost estimates for projects
- Coordinates with Purchasing Officer for material prices
- Coordinates with direct supervisor for project directives
- Prepares bid documents for bidding projects
LOCATION: Quezon City
SALARY: Php 17,000 - Php 22,000 (for discussion)
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday (On site reporting)
NOTE: This is DIRECT HIRING / NOT Under Agency
