Field Sales Agent

Orro Home PH is seeking ambitious and driven Field Sales Agents to join our dynamic team! As a key player in our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business and nurturing relationships with existing clients. If you're a proactive self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect & Acquire Clients: Actively seek out new business opportunities through face-to-face meetings and networking.
• Build Client Relationships: Foster long-term partnerships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
• Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations, explain key features, and provide customized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Negotiate & Close Deals: Handle pricing negotiations, prepare contracts, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to deliver the most relevant solutions.
• Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals within your assigned territory.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven success in field sales or a related role.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within Metro Manila. Owning a motorcycle is a plus!
