Job Description

WE’RE HIRING: SALES AGENT

We are looking for a Sales Agent! If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to build strong customer relationships, we want to hear from you!

Location: San Antonio Village, Makati City
Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) / Saturday for client meetings if needed
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000 per month + 3% commission (if quota is met) + mandatory benefits upon regularization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present, promote, and sell products to new and existing customers
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to tailor solutions for clients
- Establish and maintain positive client relationships through regular engagement
- Identify potential customers through cold calling and networking
- Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
- Achieve sales targets within set deadlines
- Monitor market trends and sales performance
- Provide management with insights on customer needs and competitive activities

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in sales, preferably in the trade industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Passion for sustainability and knowledge of eco-friendly products
- Willingness to travel, with knowledge of Visayas and Mindanao areas
