Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other baked items according to recipes.
• Monitor ingredient stocks and reorder when necessary.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in food preparation tasks, such as measuring ingredients and mixing.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation of meals.
• Follow food safety standards and procedures.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position.
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
• At least 2 years of previous experience as a baker or in a kitchen setting
• Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education is a plus
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices
• Open to working a flexible or rotating schedule
• Willing to work in SBFZ, Olongapo City
