Job Description

Position: Catering Sous Chef
Work Location: NCR
Job type: Full Time
Salary: 40,000

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the head chef on menu development, and recipe creation, and ensure the culinary vision is met across catering events.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to kitchen staff during catering events, ensuring efficient food preparation and timely execution.
• Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Oversee the set-up of the kitchen for catering events, including equipment and mise en place, and ensure the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each catering event.

Qualifications:
• Preferably, has a bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
