Accounting Supervisor - Onsite (Quezon City)

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports
• Communicate financial results to senior management and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations and recommendations
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Assist in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial plans
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the organization's financial goals
• Manage and optimize cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity
• Monitor working capital and implement strategies to improve cash position
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws
• Oversee general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and address audit findings

Qualifications

• CPA
• 3 years of experience doing end-to-end accounting
• 3 years of experience as Accounting Supervisor
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic financial planning
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles

Preferred but not required
• Knowledge in ARIES accounting system

Location: Quezon City
Shift: 8:00 am - 6:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
