Job Description
Job Descriptions
• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and
bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets,
and cash flow statements.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reports.
• Communicate financial results to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze budget variances and provide explanations and
recommendations.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial plans.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the organization's financial goals.
• Manage and optimize cash flow to ensure the organization's liquidity.
• Monitor working capital and implement strategies to improve cash position.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
• Oversee general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
processes.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audits and address audit findings
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• Accounting certification (CPA) is a plus
• Total 3 to 5-year exp doing End-to-end accounting.
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic financial
planning.
• Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating
charts, and using advanced formulas). Knowledge in ARIES accounting system is a plus
but not required.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to present financial information
to stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the development of financial
strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting.
• Knowledge of risk management and internal controls.
