Job Description
• Identify client needs through effective needs assessment and technical presentation
• Draws up a proposal that describes the technical specifications of the software solution needed by the clients
• Negotiates on price and other terms of reference
• Prepares and follows up sales contracts for each confirmed sale
• Coordinates with Product Development Team to ensure that client requirements are effectively built in the software solution provided
• Performs after-sale calls or visits with clients to monitor level of client satisfaction and to promptly address potential or actual concerns
• Spots opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
• Probes on the goals, issues and challenges of the client to determine how the Company can help in meeting the Client’s goal
• Explains how the Company’s products or services can enable the client’s success
• Educates clients on the product development process to manage expectations
• Recommends alternatives either to satisfy difficult demands of clients or to help client become more competitive
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends new procedures or processes to enhance productivity
• Consistently strives to increase standards of sales performance
• Collaborates with co-employees to ensure alignment of efforts towards a common goal
• Shares and accepts feedback and ideas with co-employees and/or superior
• Maintains and protects confidentiality of both clients’ and the Company’s sensitive information
• Admits mistakes, learns from them and avoids recurrence of the same mistake
• Observes high moral and ethical standards in doing business with partners and suppliers
